**Deine Rolle**:
Du unterstützt und koordinierst Prozesse im Zusammenhang mit dem bestehenden und potenziellen Mietportfolio von Amrest in Deutschland.
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Verwaltung und Aktualisierung aller Mietvertragsdatenbanken
- Verantwortung für Versicherungen, Bankgarantien und Terrassenangelegenheiten
- Unterstützung bei allen anfallenden Problemen mit Vermietern (z.B. Miete, Gebühren, Neuverhandlung von Mietvertragsbedingungen)
- Überwachung der Indexierungen und Mietbedingungen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Verhandlungen über Mietvertragsverlängerungen und -erneuerungen (z.B. Lager, Stellplätze)
- Projektleitung ausgewählter Projekte/Initiativen (z.B. Elektroladestationen)
- Durchführung von Aktivitäten zur Senkung von Mieten und anderen Gebühren
- Aktualisierung und Überprüfung des Rechnungsstellungsverfahrens mit der Finanzabteilung
- Unterstützung des Property Teams bei Ad-hoc-Anfragen zur Analyse von Mieten und Verkäufen sowie von Mietvertragsbedingungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Vermietern und anderen potenziellen Geschäftspartnern
**Deine Erfahrungen & Kenntnisse**:
- Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlichen Positionen
- Gute Kenntnisse von Mietverträgen
- Genauigkeit im Umgang mit Datenmanagement
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigskeit
- Organisations
- und Planungsfähigkeit
- Vertrautheit im Umgang mit MS Office
- Analytisches Denken und Lösungsorientierung
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
