OncoBeta is a fast-growing Medical Device start up focused on developing and marketing a radionuclide powered therapy for non-melanoma skin cancer (NMSC), the world’s most common cancer. OncoBeta is changing the world’s standard philosophy related to skin cancer care. We stand for changing the status quo for the benefit of millions of patients worldwide.

OncoBeta is establishing its commercial footprint worldwide. For this reason, we will strengthen the team with key leadership roles. Our European headquarters are in Munich, Germany, and we have affiliates in Europe, South Africa and Australia.

**About the job**

OncoBeta continues to grow with challenging and exciting opportunities for experienced professionals. We are searching for a Head of Operations who will provide strategic leadership across the functions of production mgmt., engineering, supply chain, and quality management. This individual will also work directly with the commercial teams globally to map out and address business needs in the countries and scale the operation in line with business objectives. This is a senior leadership role and reports directly to the CEO.

We are targeting profiles who are both scientifically and business oriented, are highly motivated, collaborative, and most importantly, share our passionate interest in providing non-melanoma patients with an exciting new standard of care.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversees production, engineering, supply chain, and quality management initiatives within the company; and collaborates with other senior management to formulate overall strategy;
- Creates and strategically adjusts departments’ activities, policies and practices to meet and/or exceed KPI’s and customer satisfaction goals;
- Owns budget related to all areas under position’s responsibility
- Translates sales demand worldwide into supply chain and production plans;
- Benchmarks and adapts company to industry best practice to drive state of the art
- Manages global supplier relationship; monitors performance (quality, costs and delivery) of individual suppliers and owns the commercial supply agreements;
- Guarantees regulatory and quality management compliance worldwide

**Requirement and skills**
- +10 years of experience in Radiopharmaceutical, Radionuclide, Pharma or Medical Device manufacturing
- Strong understanding of quality standards required in production in highly regulated industries
- Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Analytical and strategic mindset and broad business acumen required;
- Previous experience managing people, larger teams (+10 persons) required
- Education level: Masters or PhD in Engineering or Radiochemistry, MBA a plus
- Perfect English required, fluent German a plus but not required
