Der duale Bachelor-Studiengang „Management im Gesundheitswesen“ richtet sich an alle, die durch die Kombination einer betrieblichen Ausbildung mit einem akademischen Studium einen optimalen Einstieg in die Gesundheitswirtschaft anstreben. Die Studierenden arbeiten während der gesamten Studienzeit in einer Gesundheits
- oder Sozialeinrichtung oder im betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement eines Wirtschaftsunternehmens und werden dort von Beginn an ins Tagesgeschäft integriert. Umfassendes betriebswirtschaftliches Wissen bereitet sie auf das Management von Gesundheitseinrichtungen aller Art sowie auf die Führung von Mitarbeitern vor.
Weitere wichtige Inhalte des Studiengangs sind Themen wie Qualitäts
- und Dienstleistungsmanagement, E-Health und Digitalisierung sowie Krankenhaus-, Pflege
- und Sozialmanagement. Durch vielfältige Wahlmodule können Studierende ihren persönlichen Interessensschwerpunkt setzen. Zur Wahl stehen beispielsweise „Klinik
- und Ambulanzmanagement“, „Management von Pflegeeinrichtungen“, „Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement“ oder „Digitalisierungsmanagement im Gesundheitswesen“.
Den theoretischen Rahmen des Studiengangs bilden speziell für das Selbststudium aufbereitete Studienhefte. Parallel dazu werden moderne multimediale Vermittlungsformen, wie Online-Vorlesungen, Online-Tutorien oder Online-Übungen, angeboten. Ausgewählte Module sehen Präsenzphasen vor, die den Studierenden wichtiges Praxiswissen vermitteln und den Austausch mit Branchenexperten sowie Kommilitonen ermöglichen.
