**We are happy to announce that Manifesto Market Potsdamer Platz is looking for Barbacks for our SOOT Bars.**

**Manifesto is a sustainable cashless food hub that gathers local gastro entrepreneurs, artisans, and Michelin-recommended chefs in one exciting place.**
**Manifesto operates trendy food market at Prague Anděl and Potsdamer Platz, Berlin.**
**Manifesto combines dining experiences with entertainment, educational, cultural, and lifestyle events to transform places into memorable destinations.**

**You will**:

- Assist the bartenders in the Opening/Closing their stations.
- Help in Preparation of the Garnishes (Washing Fruits and Vegetables, Cutting, Labeling).
- Juicing Various Fruits and Vegetables.
- Refilling the fridges once needed.
- Loading/Unloading the Glass washers.
- Shining the Glassware if needed.

**For this job you need**:

- Ideally, previous experience in a similar job, though full training is offered.
- Good communication skills, a pleasant demeanor and a pro-customer approach.
- The ability to be a strong team player.
- Excellent personal presentation, hygiene and grooming standards.
- A cheerful and positive demeanor.
- The trustworthiness to be 100% relied on.
- The ability to work well under stressful conditions.
- To be available to work a flexible schedule.
- To work on your feet for 8-12 hours, with breaks in between.

**Job conditions**:

- 3-5 shifts per week: 9am-5pm, 12pm-10pm and 6pm-2am.
- A full-time, part-time or Mini-Job employment contract.
- To be considered for this role, you should have a right to work in Germany. We do not provide relocation services.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Werden Sie die rechte Hand unserer Barkeeper.
- Bedienung der Gläserspülmaschinen, Gläser polieren.
- Unterstützung der Barkeeper bei der Zubereitung von Getränken/Bier/Wein während der Hauptgeschäftszeiten.
- Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung des täglichen Mise en Place.
- Auffüllen der Eisbehälter während der Arbeitszeiten.
- Auffüllen der Barvorräte vor, während und nach den Arbeitszeiten

**Voraussetzungen**:

- Idealerweise sollten Sie bereits Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit gesammelt haben, obwohl eine umfassende Schulung angeboten wird.

- Sie können 8 bis 10 Stunden auf den Beinen sein, mit Pausen.

**Arbeitsbedingungen**:

- 3 bis 5 Schichten pro Woche: 9.00 bis 17.00 Uhr, 12.00 bis 10.00 Uhr und 18.00 bis 2.00 Uhr.
- Ein Vollzeit-, Teilzeit
- oder Mini-Job-Arbeitsvertrag.
