**About the role**:
**Your Responsibilities**:
- You will ensure clear communication and compliance of relevant law, regulations and guidelines
- You will ensure efficient and effective sourcing processes securing optimal pricing for defined quality, innovation, timelines and quantities
- You ensure Procurement’s representations in relevant projects, continuously enhancing Procurement tools, processes and structures
- Support Procurement in developing and implementing smart Europe GmbH's Procurement strategies together with the business partners
- You perform continuous screening of supplier markets and the continuous alignment of sourcing roadmaps with business strategy
**What you bring along**:
- You have a university degree in Economics, Business Administration or comparable degree
- You bring 3+ years of relevant working experience in procurement of ‘Professional Services’ preferably in the areas of Sales, Marketing and Events
- You have a high degree of commercial awareness
- You bring working knowledge of eProcurement solutions (e.g. Ariba, Coupa etc)
- You are results driven and bring excellent analytical skills
- You bring excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must) with an ability to work well with diverse stakeholders/business partners and team members across Europe
