Your Role:
Core Accountabilities:

- As a chemistry representative or project leader proactively drive projects, facilitate and encourage collaboration and communication with cross-functional colleagues, project team members, and stakeholders.
- Monitor competition, support differentiation strategies, align on assay cascade, and propose follow-up experiments.
- As project lead you will define the project strategy in close alignment with the project team and key stakeholders and you will be accountable for the content of the project presentation at various governance and decision bodies
- Accountable that activities in your area of responsibility are performed according to state-of-the-art knowledge.
- Think out-of-box to find creative and interdisciplinary solutions.
- Expert in a dedicated field contributing to/creating publications, patents or/and talks.
- Collaborating with the scientific community and participating in industry-academia consortia.

Who You Are:

- PhD in organic chemistry or related discipline with a good record of publications in peer reviewed journals.
- 3+ years' experience in organic chemistry as a postdoctoral follow in academic institution or as a scientist in an industrial setting.
- Solid know-how and hands-on expertise of organic synthesis and high level of independency in solving complex scientific problems.
- Knowledge of medicinal chemistry, understanding of state-of-the-art targeting technologies and experience in handling high-potential compounds is a plus.
- Team player with experience working in multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Experience in computational design and synthesis of biologically active molecules or/and large, complex molecules like ADC LP is a plus.
- Experience as a team manager, in collaborating with CRO and prior industrial experience in drug discovery would be preferred.
- International/Oversea research experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; fluent spoken and written in English.
