We are on a steep growth curve, and we are looking for a Sales Intern to join our team in Berlin.
**Your responsibilities**
- Take control over both global and specific overviews of the sales cycle, including pipeline management, handling sales data and reports, and CRM data analysis
- Manage communications with our 3rd party partners and our new customers by optimizing pre and post-sales processes as well as troubleshooting day-to-day issues
- Explore new opportunities for the sales team to improve lead generation
- Become an expert on our portfolio of housing and services, specifically for Germany
- Analyse and report on sales results
**Your qualifications**
- You are a high-achieving student or a recent graduate
- Have a good knowledge of the German market
- Full-working proficiency in German is required. English and other European languages are a plus
- You are organised, highly detail oriented and thrive in accomplishing specific mission-driven tasks
- Strong international background through work and study abroad
- You have a passion for real estate, shared living and Habyt's mission
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- You are entrepreneurial, able to work without well-worn paths or established protocols
