Ihre Rolle in unserem Team:

- Die Durchführung und Kontrolle der Kostenstellen-, Kostenarten
- und Kostenträgerrechnung nach deutschen und internationalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (HGB und Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry)
- Erstellung der Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse sowie die Budgetierung und Planung und Sie betreuen interne wie externe Prüfungen
- Sie erstellen Reports und Statistiken für alle Bereiche intern wie extern
- Sie stellen sicher, dass die Anforderungen an ein transparentes und regelkonformes Controlling eingehalten werden
- Sie arbeiten dabei neben den MS-Office Programmen mit den Hotelprogrammen Opera,, Material Control und mit People Soft für Kreditoren/Hauptbuchhaltung/Forecast/Budget. Außerdem lernen Sie noch einige andere Programme wie DATEV für den Lohn, etc. kennen
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner für die übrigen Abteilungen unseres Hauses und koordinieren Zusammenarbeit und Abläufe in der Abteilung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung in allen finanzbuchhalterischen Fragestellungen
- In dieser Position berichten Sie an den Director of Finance und übernehmen weitere Aufgaben, wie z. B. Manager on Duty-Schichten

Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen:

- Sie haben bereits Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung eines Hotels gesammelt und bringen Führungserfahrung mit
- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Bilanzbuchhalter/in
- Sie bringen fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie anwendungssichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse vor allem in Excel mit
- Sie sind ehrgeizig, motiviert und sehen sich als kommunikative/r Teamplayer/in, der/die sich mit Freude Herausforderungen stellt?
