Wir suchen dich als (Senior) Business Designer (w/m/x) für unser Berliner Team in Vollzeit oder alternativ in Teilzeit mit mind. 32 Arbeitsstunden pro Woche.

Deine Aufgaben
- In deiner Rolle evaluierst du bestehende digitale Kommunikations
- und Serviceangebote für die Industrien Retail und Consumer Goods
- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören Trend
- und Marktrecherchen, Zielgruppen
- und Kundenanalysen sowie die Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Du hilfst bei der Entwicklung neuer Services und Produkte in agilen Team-Setups („Innovations-Garagen“) mit
- Außerdem bist du für die Definition von Metriken und Methoden zur Erfolgsmessung verantwortlich
- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von digitalen Geschäftsmodellen
- Gemeinsam mit unseren Kund*innen definierst du Leitbilder, Mission Statements und Value Propositions
- Agile Innovations-, Produktionsentwicklungs
- und Transformationsprozesse werden von dir begleitet
- Nicht zuletzt fungierst du als Ideen
- und Impulsgeber*in für eine bessere Kommunikation

Deine Fähigkeiten
- Du besitzt mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in den Bereichen Digitalstrategie, Consulting und/oder Business Design, wahlweise auf Beratungs
- oder Kundenseite in den Industrien Retail und Consumer Goods
- Idealerweise verfügst du über grundlegende Kenntnisse zum Einsatz gängiger Technologien im Bereich Marketing-Automation und Prozessdigitalisierung (z.B. mit Salesforce oder Adobe-Technologien)
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit Ausschreibungen/Pitches gesammelt und bist es gewohnt, in interdisziplinären Teams zu arbeiten
- Zahlen, Daten und Fakten übersetzt du mit analytischem Geschick in griffige Aussagen und handlungsleitende Erkenntnisse
- Eine natürliche Neugier für Trends, Technologien, digitale Geschäftsmodelle und die Branchen unserer Kund*innen zeichnen dich aus
- Du besitzt ein ausgezeichnetes Ausdrucksvermögen in Wort und Schrift sowie ein starkes Präsentationsgeschick
- Neben fließenden Deutschkenntnissen beherrschst du auch Englisch auf einem sehr guten Niveau in Wort und Schrift
