**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
Your role as a **(JUNIOR) GRAPHIC DESIGNER (F/M/D)** will be to create high quality materials
for events and activations of our partners. You will ensure that the standard requirements
of our partners brand are met. You will get involved in the design of print media, digital
media and assets
In this creative role you will get a chance to transform concepts into meaningful designs
that manifest our partners message and values. You will make sure that our design projects
ensure industry leading experiences and you will set standards for our clients.
You should never settle for good enough but always find ways to collaborate and do the
unexpected.

In this role you will actively...
- **
Develop** initial ideas and acquire key information about potential projects, discuss requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and together with the team set project schedules
- ** Develop** mood boards and gather information and photographs relating to projects in order to fulfil holistic stories/concepts
- ** Create, conceptualize and manifest** high quality, innovative and inspirational ideas into graphic files for physical and digital production with the use of Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dimension as well as AI tools
- ** Ensure** that execution is fully aligned with brand strategy and visual/verbal identity
- ** Execute** graphic design according to given CI guidelines and campaigns
- ** Support** design work onsite, if needed
- ** Test and implement** new designs and templates
- ** Ensure** an efficient process and communication flow between various teams within act.3 as well with our suppliers and clients
- ** Act** unexpected, united, exclusive, passionate and unique

**WHO YOU ARE**:

Experienced.** You previous experience in graphic, or event design or a combination of experience and education (e.g. studies/Ausbildung in the fields of: graphic design, visual communication, media design, editorial design)
- ** Skilled.** You bring excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills. Additionally, you bring great presentation skills and strong interest of new design trends and technologies. Experience in using Content Management Systems or in copywriting are a plus.
- ** Detail-oriented.** You have a strong eye for design, and you are a detail-oriented person.
- ** Communicative.** You speak fluent German, and you are also business fluent in English. You can communicate with various stakeholders and clients in a professional and efficient manner.
- ** Focused.** You can manage your time effectively, are able to multitask and you are great in meeting deadlines.
- ** T**eam player.** You are an open and friendly personality who acts as a true team player and do not mind sharing responsibility with different groups of people.
