Dann bist du genau richtig für unser Beratungsteam. Als Junior Graphic Designer (w/m/d) suchen wir jemanden, der mit Leidenschaft, Ideen und Tatendrang unser Team bereichern möchte. Zusammen möchten wir die Kompetenz im Bereich UX/UI weiterentwickeln, um unsere Kunden in den Bereichen Customer Experience & Produktgestaltung bestmöglich zu unterstützen.

Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Bewältigung von UX/UI Herausforderungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption von User Experience Designs unter Berücksichtigung von Geschäftsanforderungen und technischer Umsetzbarkeit
  • Weiterentwicklung digitaler Produkte unter Anleitung erfahrener Teammitglieder
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Nutzer:innenanforderungen in Konzepte und Prototypen
  • Teilnahme an Kunden-Workshops und Präsentation von Ergebnissen
  • Visualisierung von Ideen und Konzepten in Form von Wireframes, Designmockups und Prototypen
  • Schnittstellenarbeit zwischen UX/UI Design, Produktentwicklung und Engineering
  • Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Prozessen im Bereich Customer Experience & Produktgestaltung
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Grafikdesign, Kommunikationsdesign oder einem ähnlichen Bereich mit Erfahrungen aus Agentur oder Unternehmen
  • Interesse an UI/UX, Innovationsthemen und digitaler Produktentwicklung
  • Eigenverantwortliches Denken und Handeln, Selbststarter-Mentalität und hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Prototyping-Tools wie Figma, Adobe XD oder Sketch sowie der Adobe Suite, insb. Photoshop und Illustrator
  • Animationserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Spaß an Kundenpräsentationen und Konzeptaufbereitung
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Kontaktfreudigkeit und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
