**We are looking for**:
**Your mission**:

- Lead engineering at Ninox: Your mission is to enable frontend, backend and platform teams - in total 20 engineers - to deliver a high-quality product with confidence, passion and pride.
- Work closely with the management team to translate strategy and product vision into engineering culture and execution.
- Coordinate with product and design leads to ensure cross-functional goals and initiatives are aligned.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring the successful execution of engineering objectives.
- Provide mentorship and foster an environment of continual learning and improvement within the engineering teams.
- Implement efficient processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- Identify opportunities and challenges within projects, developing strategies to mitigate risk and ensure project success.
- Keep abreast of the latest technology trends to identify opportunities for technological advancement of the Ninox platform.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- In-depth understanding of modern software development methodologies and technologies.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering software projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
