- Eingeschriebene/r erfahrener Student/in aus dem Bereich Ingenieurwesen, BWL, Informatik, Energietechnik, Elektrotechnik, Umwelttechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Begeisterung für das Thema E-Mobilität und Ladeinfrastruktur
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office-Produkte Word, PowerPoint und Excel, optimalerweise erste Erfahrung mit Business Central
- Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen
- Lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität, Kreativität, Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick

- und Englischkenntnisse

**Service**:

- Unterstützung des Serviceteams bei Remote Inbetriebnahme und Störungsbeseitigung
- Selbständige Dokumentation von Lösungswegen und Weiterentwicklung der Fehlerbäume
- Direkter Austausch mit Hardwarelieferanten bzgl. Softwareupdates, Support und Field Service
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Werkstudenten der anderen Teams zum gemeinsamen Weiterentwicklung des Prozess
- und Dokumentenmanagements

**Vertrieb**
- Nachtelefonieren von Angeboten
- Selbständiges Aufsetzen und durchführen von kleineren Projekten im Bereich Marketing und Akquise
- Erstellung von Reportings für vertriebliche und organisatorische Zwecke
- Datenpflege im ERP und CRM Systemen
