We are looking for a VP Sales and Marketing to drive growth to align our business needs to our target group. You will lead a dedicated sales, marketing team, set sales targets and manage sales activities to generate revenue growth. You work closely with our development and product teams to develop tailored solutions and build our competitive advantage in nanofulfillment.

**Your profile**:

- you have 6+ years experience in a leadership role in a sales team
- you are able to run independent marketing campaigns to establish the brand and gain reach
- you have very good communication skills in German and English
- you have several years of technology and/or logistics related sales experience
- you can form a goal oriented high performance sales and marketing team
- you can inspire potential customers to integrate the NoyesStorage solution into their ecosystem to secure future growth
- you are able to clearly articulate the value proposition of the NoyesStorage product to create viable prospects
- you have profound knowledge into the Start-up ecosystem and trends
- you display a natural affinity in relationship building based on mutual understanding with each client from the initial contact
- you have prior experience in collaborating and further developing conceptual ideas with Product Owner(s)
