Als Unterstützung unseres engagierten Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine*n
**Mitarbeiter*in Customer Service (w/m/d)**
**Aufgaben:
- Kundenbetreuung für Komponenten unserer 3 Geschäftsbereiche Construction Industry, Shoe & Leather Industry und Technical Industry.
- Durchführung und Verantwortung der Angebots
- und Auftragsbearbeitung
- Pflege und Überarbeitung der Stammdaten in ERP bzw. CRM Systemen
- Bearbeitung von Musteranfragen und Reklamationen
- Durchführung von Kunden
- und Marktanalysen inkl. Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Vorbereitung von Besuchsunterlagen und Begleitung des Außendienstes zu Kundenbesuchen und Messen
- Übernahme von abteilungsübergreifenden Projektenaufgaben
**Profil**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene 3-jährige kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (bspw. zum/zur Industriekaufmann/frau)
- Erste Erfahrung im Kundeninnendienst eines produzierenden Industrieunternehmens
- Hohes technisches Verständnis und Begeisterung für technische Zusammenhänge und Produkte
- Fließende Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B1-Niveau) in Wort & Schrift
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS Office Programme und Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem CRM- sowie ERP-System Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Souveränität und Serviceorientierung im Umgang mit internen und externen Kunden
