**Aufgaben**:
Recherche und Aufbereitung von Marktdaten, Wettbewerbs
- und Zielgruppeninformationen basierend auf Sekundärstudien
Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von nationalen und internationalen Ad-hoc-Marktforschungsstudien für die Deichmann-Gruppe sowie anschließende Unterstützung bei der Analyse der Ergebnisse, Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Strategien
Unterstützung bei dem internationalen Marken
- und Werbetracking in Zusammenarbeit mit den Deichmann Ländergesellschaften
Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Projekten aus Marken-, Kommunikations
- und Zielgruppenforschung für das internationale Marketing sowie von ressortübergreifenden, übergeordneten Forschungsthemen in der Unternehmensgruppe
**Profil**:
Laufendes Studium im Bereich Marktforschung, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie, Soziologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung innerhalb eines Marktforschungsinstituts und/oder der betrieblichen Marktforschung
Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und logisches Denken
Sehr gute analytische sowie überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Teamplayer, Hands-on Mentalität und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Erste praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit den Office-Paketen (insbesondere PPT und Excel)
Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
