Being a Senior Legal Counsel - Germany & Nordics is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
- Support Sales teams (PV & Distribution) in contract review, negotiation and management
- Manage internal and external claims
- Compliance and regulations
**Profile**:
All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind its all about electrical equipment, thats why it is essential for you to have:
- Experience working for an Energy company
- BA in Law from Germany
- Highly proficiency in spoken and written German and English. At least C1 level. Chinese is a plus
- Knowledge about local & EU laws and regulations
- Experience in litigation
- Experience in complex contracts such as FIDIC
