Zur Unterstützung unseres Performance Plastics Teams suchen wir engagierte Masterstudenten (m/w/d), im Rahmen eines Projektpraktikums oder einer Abschlussarbeit für unseren Standort Schkopau (Großraum Halle/Leipzig). Das Thema lautet „Machbarkeitsstudie zum technologischen und ökonomischen Nutzen eines zweiten Prozesssolventtanks in der Solution PE Anlage“.

Projektbeschreibung:
Der Produktmix in der Herstellung erfordert unterschiedliche Okten-Gehalte, so dass es notwendig ist, das Lösungsmittel mit Okten anzureichern oder zu vermindern, wenn der Übergang zwischen Produktfamilien erfolgt.
- Es soll geprüft werden, ob durch die Einführung eines zweiten Tanks die Übergangszeiten zwischen den Produkttypen verringert werden können
- Daraus folgend soll eine Kosten-Nutzen-Rechnung erarbeitet werden, inwiefern Okten eingespart werden kann gegenüber dem Neubau des zweiten Tanks

Über Sie:

- Sie absolvieren derzeit ein Masterstudium in Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
- Sie sind in der Lage, eine Kosten-Nutzen-Bewertung durchzuführen
- Sie sind ein Teamplayer mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie können für einen Zeitraum von 3-6 Monaten beginnen (genauer Zeitpunkt wird noch besprochen)
