Für den Bereich EH&S (Environmental, Health & Safety) am Standort Schkopau suchen wir einen engagierten EH&S Regulatory Specialist.

Während der Anfangsphase Ihrer Karriere werden Sie begleitet und eingearbeitet, um Sie schrittweise auf mehr Verantwortung und eigenständiges Arbeiten vorzubereiten. Die Möglichkeiten zur beruflichen Weiterentwicklung sind vielfältig und nahezu unbegrenzt, und Sie bestimmen selbst, wohin Ihr beruflicher Weg führt.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von EH&S Arbeitsprozessen, Standards und Prozeduren Kontinuierliche praktische Weiterentwicklung der EH&S Programme und Einflussnahme auf alle im Betrieb Beschäftigten, sich entsprechend den Anforderungen des Arbeitsschutzes und der Unfallverhütung zu verhalten Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Durchführung von EH&S Schulungen und Programmen Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Audits Zusammenarbeit mit Aufsichtsbehörden bei Inspektionen, Anfragen, Audits und Genehmigungsverfahren Zusammenarbeit mit den EH&S Expertise Centers bei der praktischen Umsetzung von Dow Standards im Einklang mit lokalen Regelungen und Gesetzen Unterstützung der Bereiche bei der sicherheitstechnischen Überprüfung von technischen Arbeitsmitteln und Betriebsanlagen, u.a. auch vor Erstinbetriebnahme Unterstützung bei der Auswahl von Körperschutzmitteln, bei der Beurteilung der Arbeitsbedingungen, bei der Gestaltung der Arbeitsplätze Übernahme von Aufgaben im Bereich Abfallmanagement und Emissionsschutz

Qualifikationen:

Universitäts- oder Hochschulabschluss in einem technischen oder sicherheitsrelevanten Bereich Erste praktische Erfahrungen auf dem Gebiet der Arbeitssicherheit bzw. Umweltschutzes in Produktionsbetrieben sind vorteilhaft Kenntnisse bei der praktischen Anwendung sowie Umsetzung relevanter deutschen/EU- Gesetzgebung Konstruktiver und erfolgreicher Umgang mit internen und externen Kunden (Anlagen, Maintenance, Kontraktoren) Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Willen zur Veränderung Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit elektronischen Systemen
