At enfore, we value passion, dedication, and a commitment to excellence. We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented** Product Team Intern** to join our dynamic team in Hamburg. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project and product management while contributing to the success of our innovative solutions for small businesses worldwide.

**What you will do...**:

- Assist in generating reports and maintaining project documentation.
- Manage incoming tickets from customers, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, provide support, and gather feedback.
- Support the setup and configuration of devices for customers.
- Assist in prioritizing and coordinating stakeholder requests to ensure efficient resolution.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and product enhancement.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Product Team.

**What you need...**:

- Currently enrolled in a university program, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Availability to work more than 20 hours per week.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain structured documentation.
- Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus.
