If so, the role of Adventure Sales Specialist at AbenteuerWege is a fantastic way to fulfill your passion and progress your career in active, adventure travel

We are looking for someone who shares our values to complement our Sales team. You'll create impact by bringing amazing ‘AWmomente**’** to more customers by helping them find their perfect self-guided walking adventure.

Reporting to our Germany Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to become a destination specialist and experience what we offer our customers to support your success within the business.

**What you’ll do;**

**_ Adventure Sales _**
- Following up on warm enquiries within the expected time frame.
- Building rapport and understanding the needs of your customers.
- Preparing quotes to ensure they meet the needs of the customers.
- Following up on and converting quotes to bookings.
- Achieve and exceed personal and team targets without compromising the customer journey.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of AbenteuerWege tours to prospective customers.
- Use sales technology such as a CRM and Zendesk efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of trips for customers.
- **_Managing customer needs_**
- Working with our internal operations team and our suppliers to ensure that the customer’s trip is arranged to perfectly meet their needs.
- Supporting customers with all pre, during and post trip questions, amendments, and challenges.
- Connecting with your customers pre and post trip to ensure expectations are managed; to ensure feedback is gained in a timely manner, to discover any issues and drive continuous product improvement.
