**Senior Volume Planning Specialist (M/F/d)**:
As a** Senior Volume Planning Specialist**, you will be responsible for planning volume targets and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. With a solution-focused work style, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment you will play a critical role in the success of the organization by continuously improving the planning process.
**_ We want you to:_**:
- Develop and implement volume-planning strategies as part of the Mid and Long Range Planning process
- Analyze new vehicle development projects to establish volume targets
- Conduct short-term volume planning to inform the yearly business plan
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and opportunities to identify volume growth potential in the European market
- Monitor and evaluate the competitiveness of our existing vehicle offerings and work cross-departmentally to develop strategies to improve performance and meet business objectives
- Continuously improve the Mid and Long Range Volume Planning process through data analysis and market insights
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration
**_About you:_**:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or comparable
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant pan-European experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on Volume Planning (data analytics and forecasting) and Product Management
- In-depth knowledge of European markets and customers
- A solution-focused work style and ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with a deep understanding of planning processes
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptionally organized, with attention to detail
- A passion for and knowledge of the automotive industry
- Familiarity with industry analytical tools such as JATO, NCBS, IHS, etc.
- Fluency in English; any other language is an advantage
