**Was Dich erwartet**:

- Du bist als Projektleiter:in Mobile Network Development mit dafür verantwortlich, dass der Mobilenetzrollout von Vodafone in den nächsten Jahren zielgerichtet ausgesteuert wird. Wenn Du Optimierungsbedarf entdeckst, adressierst Du den Bedarf und kannst die Optimierung als Deinen persönlichen Erfolg verbuchen.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Überwachung allen regionalen Neubau-, Umbau
- oder Rückbauprojekten und erstellst dazu eigenverantwortlich Projektablaufpläne sowie eine effiziente Ressourcenplanung.
- Du übernimmst projektübergreifend Verantwortung und treibst die Gruppe und die Abteilung an.
- Du stellst dabei die Einhaltung des Projekt
- bzw. technikspezifischen Rollout-Budgets sicher beachtest dabei die wirtschaftlichen, technischen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen.
- Du prüfst dabei Prozesse stehts auf Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und arbeitest an ihrer Optimierung mit.
- Du gestaltest maßgeblich Fachthemen und Positionen im Hinblick auf Workshops und Arbeitskreisen.

**Was Dich auszeichnet**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung.
- Eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement.
- Konzeptionelles und analytisches Denken und Arbeiten sowie Planungs-, Organisations
- und Entscheidungskompetenz.
- Umfassende Kenntnisse über die Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe im Bereich Telekommunikationstechnik sind von Vorteil.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 nach GER).

Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.
