**Responsibilities**
- Achieve/exceed annual software and services targets within assigned territory
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer and partner base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic Partners & Alliances
- Senior contact person at C-level for major customer accounts
- Strategic Account Management and Account Development
- Escalation Management
- Building Commercial Proposals
- Supporting Sales Team in complex Contract negotiations
- Forecasting and Reporting to Senior Management
- Pipeline Management
- Supporting and Coaching Sales Team
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- A minimum of 5 Years previous experience as a Sales Director or similar role
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven ability in selling Software (on premise and SaaS) into Tier 1 Enterprise Accounts (FS&I, Utilities and Telco)
- Proven ability to build, develop and manage a highly successful sales team
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both German and English
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
Ability to commute/relocate:
- 80687 München: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
