**Job Description**:
Als Director (m/w/d) im Bereich Client Management Team des Consumer Panels leiten Sie ein Team von Beraterinnen und Beratern und sind für die Betreuung und Beratung unserer Top-FMCG Kunden sowie die Durchführung von Analysen und Projekten verantwortlich. Hierbei liegt Ihr Fokus in der Beratung multinationaler Hersteller mit Schwerpunkt auf Getränken, Süßwaren und Molkereiprodukten. Im Einzelnen umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

- Leitung und Entwicklung eines Teams
- Umsatz
- und Ergebnis
- bzw. Deckungsbeitragsverantwortung
- Sicherstellen des Erreichens der Wachstumsziele für das Team durch strukturierte und strategische Entwicklung der langjährigen Bestandskunden
- Umfassende Nutzung aller Solutions des GfK Verbraucherpanels incl. AST entsprechend der Kundenanforderungen
- Präsentation von Konzepten und Analyseergebnissen beim Kunden
- Führen von Vertragsverhandlungen
- Optimierung interner Arbeitsabläufe
- Außenauftritt als Branchenexperte der GfK, z.B. durch Vorträge auf Branchen
- und GfK-Events

Sie sind eine kommunikations
- und kontaktstarke Persönlichkeit, die ein Gespür für Konsumgütermärkte besitzt und dabei kundenorientiert denkt und handelt. Sie sind engagiert, denken analytisch und möchten sich mit Ihrer Kreativität und Ihrem Innovationsvermögen in unser Team einbringen. Sie wirken motivierend und inspirierend auf andere und überzeugen durch Ihre Kompetenz und Erfahrung.

Folgende fachliche Voraussetzungen bringen Sie mit:

- Abgeschlossenes wirtschafts-/sozialwissenschaftliches oder verwandtes Studium, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing / Marktforschung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Marktforschung, Marketing/Vertrieb, Category Management oder Consulting
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Verbraucherpanel-Daten werden vorausgesetzt, Erfahrungen mit anderen Marktforschungsmethoden sind wünschenswert
- Fähigkeit, Netzwerke aufzubauen und aktiv zu pflegen - sowohl extern als auch intern
- Kenntnisse des Shopper-Portfolios und des CM-Prozesses
- Ausgeprägte analytische Skills
- Erfahrung mit AnalyzeIT & SimIT wünschenswert
- Fortgeschrittene Präsentations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fortgeschritten im Projektmanagement
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Fortgeschrittener MS Office-Anwender
