**Job Description**:
**DO WHAT YOU LOVE**
- You develop & execute dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability for the car rental business in alignment with the Revenue Management department
- You manage and develop Dynamic pricing team located in Pullach
- You analyze market trends, competitor pricing and customer behavior to identify pricing opportunities & risks
- You collaborate with stakeholders, such as Marketing and Sales teams, to align pricing strategies with promotional activities and campaigns
- You monitor & analyze KPIs related to pricing and support with BI development / visualization of core metrics and market insights
- You collaborate with the IT department and tech teams to enhance pricing systems as well as product display & setup

**Qualifications**:
**COME AS YOU ARE**
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus
- You have profound experience as a (dynamic) Pricing Manager (M/F/d), Revenue / Yield Manager (M/F/d), or similar role in the tourism industry. Car rental industry experience is a plus
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets in order to make data driven pricing decisions and develop strategies
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate efficiently in a dynamic and fast paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- You are proficient in using data query language (e.g. Oracle SQL) and Microsoft Office
- You are fluent in German and English language

**About the department**:
Pricing focuses on market-oriented and margins-optimising product and price management for all business sectors and customer groups in order to create long-term value for the company. The yield management is primarily concerned with maximising revenue through utility and price-oriented management of the fleet and demand. Issues such as planning and composition of the fleet size, predicting the fleet and demand and regulating imports and modulation of vehicles are addressed here. Furthermire, demand adjustments are carried out if necessary through price and availability controls.
