We are looking for a motivated and passionate Lead Product Owner to take over responsibility with us. Our world class Product team is responsible for ensuring that our customer’s journey is seamless across all of our platforms and designed and executed to high standards. The teams are currently split across our offices in Munich, Madrid, Krakow and Vienna.

The Pricing area is one of the most business-crucial areas as they enable our business units to execute the most sophisticated pricing strategies on our platforms while creating & implementing at the same time world class technology. You will collaborate with highly skilled engineers, business experts and others in a fast moving, multi-disciplinary environment. Above all, you will have a hand on building the next level platform for the online pet-supply industry.

**What you will do**
- Leading a diverse and international team of Product Owners and support team members in taking their personal as well as professional development to the next level
- Identifying and filling pricing area gaps and generating new ideas that enable us to grow our market share, improve the customer experience and drive growth
- Shaping the product area strategy, translating them into KPIs and define goals
- Working closely with experienced senior software engineering or business stakeholders to drive product launches successfully
- Keeping the team focused and excited to continually make zooplus as a business more efficient by connecting the work they do to our larger mission
- Building alignment/awareness across product/engineering teams, leadership teams, and other stakeholders across the organization

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years experience of product management experience required in technology or e-commerce environment preferred
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies
- You have an entrepreneurial mind-set with a real hands-on approach
- Knowledgeable and experienced in the implementation of complex pricing solutions/Products
- Knowledgeable in working with Global Pricing Models, Pricing Workflows and Dynamic Pricing Optimization systems is a plus (e.g. Periscope, Pricefx, PROS, Vendavo, Zilliant, etc.)
- Solid understanding of agile product development principles
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills (English mandatory)
