ABB E-Mobility is a global leader of charging infrastructure for personal vehicles, public transport, and heavy transportation vehicles. Partnerships with some of the most important players of mobility and technology underline our identity. As a National Account Sales Specialist, you are reporting to the Cluster Lead Central Europe. It is your exciting task to implement our sales strategy and distribute our cutting-edge product and solutions portfolio to customers in Germany. **This position reports to**:
Cluster Lead Central Europe

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leading the development and implementation of the sales plan with accounts located in the territory.
- Defining sales targets for the accounts, and ensuring they are achieved with a structured follow-up process across Fleet & Public Transport and Public Charging Segments.
- Using your knowledge of customers’ needs and our portfolio to determine the most competitive and effective solutions for customers.
- Close collaboration with the pre
- and after-sales support teams of Region Europe, to ensure our customers are served end-to-end to the highest industry standards.
- Using your existing knowledge and passion about automotive industry, energy management and smart grids.
- Monitoring customer and market trends as well as competitor activity, and ensure appropriate action is taken.

**Your background**:

- Track record as top performer in a highly dynamic sales working environment.
- A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- Independent, self-driven, someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, growth venture environment.
- Sound knowledge of charging infrastructure or smart energy solutions and of the E-Mobility market preferred.
- A suitable technical education in electrical engineering or engineering, B.Sc. and M.Sc. preferred.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English.
