Our mission

We are driven by our vision to build a software platform that redefines how millions of B2B sellers and buyers across the globe interact and close deals. We aspire to transform the B2B sales tech market as companies such as Salesforce and HubSpot have done so over the past 20 years.

We are a group of highly ambitious, entrepreneurial, and fun people backed by first-class VC investors (Picus Capital, XAnge, 10X Founders and several business angels); we work partially from our beautiful office in the heart of Hamburg and partially from home.

Your role

We are looking for top talents and empathetic and curious team players who are interested in defining and executing our Go-To-Market approach, and eager in taking significant responsibility. Driven by building a product that helps people make better and faster buying decisions, you can choose from a variety of topics to dive into, such as lead generation, customer engagement or market strategy. We want you to put yourself into the shoes of our customers so you can begin to truly understand their needs and pain points, which we are eager to solve. Make a significant contribution to our development and carve out your name on the newest B2B sales product.

Tasks

Being one of the first business team members, you will help us identify, evaluate, and act on business development opportunities as well as set up operations to grow our business. This is a highly impactful role as you will be working directly with the founders, shaping the product, and helping us deliver value to our customers.

Your Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with our founders and sales lead on scaling the Go-To-Market strategy
- Analyze in
- and outbound sales channels and define approaches for each channel
- Support our customers in realizing the full potential of Valuecase
- Establish a community-driven market approach away from beaten tracks
- Define own projects and drive them with full accountability

**Requirements**:

- You are currently studying at a renowned university and have already gained first-hand working experience in fast-growing startups or sales and marketing environments
- You have a strong analytical and simultaneously entrepreneurial mindset
- You show enthusiasm and a hands-on mentality when it comes to building things up from scratch
- Your academic success is outstanding (Top 20% of class)
- You have excellent English communication skills
