Mission

In dieser Rolle im Project Development supportest Du bei allen Schritten der Projektrealisierung - von der Planung bis zur Fertigstellung. Zu Deinen Aufgaben zählen die Evaluierung potentieller Projekte und die Erstellung von Angeboten. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden, Partnern und Kollegen aus anderen Teams zusammen und bekommst Einblicke in den gesamten Projektprozess, Vertragsmanagement
- sowie Finanzierungs-Themen. Nutze Deine Chance Dich in einem jungen, nachhaltigen Unternehmen einzubringen und mit uns zu wachsen.

Aufgaben

Ziele
- Unterstütze unsere Projekte | Du unterstützt bei unseren Projekten von der Angebotserstellung, über die Bauvorbereitung und -Begleitung bis zur Übergabe an unser Asset-Management und übernimmst Verantwortung für einzelne Phasen.
- Koordiniere Partner und Kunden | Zusammen mit unseren Partnern stellst Du die Fertigstellung der Projekte in Qualität, Zeit
- und Kostenrahmen sicher.
- Werde ExpertIn für grüne Gebäude | Du arbeitest Dich in Technik, Regulatorik und Förderungen ein, um das optimale Angebot zu entwickeln und es mit den richtigen Partnern effizient umzusetzen.
- Verbessere unsere Prozesse | Du lernst welche Prozesse gut laufen und wo es Verbesserungspotentiale gibt. Mit diesem Wissen etablierst Du neue und verbessert existierende Prozesse. Somit trägst du fortlaufend zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität unserer Arbeit bei.

Anforderungen
- Passion | Du begeisterst Dich für die Energiewende im Gebäudesektor und willst an der Energieversorgung der Zukunft arbeiten.
- Energie-Wissen | Du hast ein technisches Verständnis von Erneuerbare Energien-Anlagen und hattest bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit der Funktionsweise des Stromnetzes.
- Offene Art | Du bist offen, kommunikativ und willst Deine Stärken im Kontakt zu Kunden und Geschäftspartnern einsetzen.
- Organisationstalent | Du arbeitest gerne strukturiert, organisiert und digital. Deine analytische Denkweise hilft dir, lösungsorientiert mit Herausforderungen umzugehen.
