- Übernahme von klassischen Assistenzaufgaben
- Koordinierung interner Sitzungen wie Deep Dives, Konferenzen für das Topmanagement oder Sitzungen des Führungsteams
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Präsentationen (z. B. für Konferenzen, Universitäten, Partnerschaftsgespräche)
- Koordinierung ausgewählter externer Treffen unter Beteiligung des Top-Managements zusammen mit strategischen Partnern oder anderen Interessengruppen mit dem Ziel, die externe Reichweite des CEO EIS zu erhöhen
- Unterstützung der internen und externen Kommunikation, indem Sie proaktiv Themen und entsprechende Kommunikationskanäle vorschlagen, um die erforderliche Transparenz innerhalb der Organisation zu gewährleisten
- Unterstützung der internen Kommunikation des Bereiches
- Übernahme von organisatorischen Tätigkeiten für das internationale Team inklusive des zentralen Führungsteams (Central Team Office)

**Qualifikationen**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industrie
- bzw. Bürokauffrau/mann
- Hohe Motivation und Leistungsbereitschaft, Disziplin und Teamplay
- Weitreichende Praxiserfahrung im Bereich der Koordination und Organisation
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbes. Word Excel und PowerPoint)
- Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP R/3
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
