**DAS BRINGT DER JOB**
- Als Team Leader Autonomous & Connected Mobility sind Sie, in Abstimmung mit dem Management, für die Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsbereichs zuständig
- Sie sind für den Aufbau und die Pflege von langfristigen und vertrauensvollen Kundenbeziehungen verantwortlich
- Der Aufbau eines Qualified Front Office aus Fachleuten mit großer Kundennähe und fachlicher Tiefe erweitert um Nearshore-Kapazitäten gehört auch zu Ihren Aufgaben
- Sie unterstützen bei Presales-Aktivitäten, z.B. Kundenkontaktpflege inkl. Dokumentation in Salesforce
- Die Mitarbeit bei Projektausschreibungen sowie die Vorbereitung bei Projekterweiterungen oder -änderungen gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben
- Sie begleiten Vorstellungsgespräche und unterstützen bei der Einstellung neuer Mitarbeiter inkl. des Onboardings
- Sie bereiten Mitarbeitergespräche vor und unterstützten bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter
- Sie stimmen sich mit den Projektleitern ab und berichten an den direkten Vorgesetzten
- Sie stellen einen reibungslosen Projektablauf hinsichtlich Leistungen, Qualität, Terminen, Kosten und Kundenzufriedenheit sicher
- Sie steuern Projekt-Review-Meetings mit den Kunden und führen kommerzielle Abnahmen durch

**DAS BRAUCHEN WIR**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Fachrichtungen Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Informatik mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Zusatzstudium oder vergleichbaren Erfahrungen
- Lust unternehmerisch zu wirken und einen eigenständigen Bereich aufzubauen
- Ungefähr 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der E/E bzw. Software-Automobilentwicklung aus den Bereichen ADAS, Infotainment oder Connected Mobility
- Erfahrung im Business Development bzw. der Akquisition von Gewerken sowie dem Umgang mit relevanten Fachbereichen und dem Einkauf im Rahmen von Ausschreibungen
- Nachweisbare Projektmanagement
- und Kundenmanagementerfahrung von Projekten mit mindestens 5 FTE
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der fachlichen und/oder disziplinarischen Führung von Mitarbeitern und Engagement in der Projektleiter
- und Teamleitercommunity
- Selbständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß an Teamarbeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
