Egal ob du dich Datenmanager, Product Data Specialist oder eCommerce Manager nennst, wir suchen für unser Category Management Team in Bonn engagierte Mitarbeitende, die Lust haben, unseren Kund*innen ein einmaliges Kauferlebnis zu ermöglichen.


Deine Aufgaben

  • Du sorgst dafür, dass alle relevanten Daten zu den Produkten korrekt und aktuell in unser PIM-System eingepflegt werden. Dazu gehören beispielsweise Produktattribute, technische Spezifikationen und Kategorie Zuweisungen.
  • Du überprüfst regelmäßig die Darstellung der Produkte auf der Website und auf verschiedenen Marktplätzen, um sicherzustellen, dass sie ansprechend und benutzerfreundlich präsentiert werden. Dabei achtest Du auf eine einheitliche Formatierung, klare Beschreibungen und hochwertige Bilder.
  • Du analysierst die vorhandenen Produktattribute und optimierst sie gegebenenfalls, um eine hohe Datenqualität sicherzustellen.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass alle relevanten Informationen vorhanden sind und dass sie korrekt und eindeutig zugeordnet sind.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Category und Marketing Team zusammen, um neue Produkte einzuführen oder bestehende zu optimieren. Du tauschst dich mit ihnen aus, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produktinformationen den Anforderungen des Marktes entsprechen und die Kundenbedürfnisse erfüllen.
  • Du überprüfst kontinuierlich die Prozesse zur Produktdatenverwaltung und identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale.
  • Du entwickelst Lösungsansätze, um die Effizienz und Qualität der Produktdatenverwaltung zu steigern.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Produktkatalogen und anderen Verkaufsmaterialien.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass die Produktinformationen konsistent und ansprechend präsentiert werden.


Über Dich

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich eCommerce, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit eCommerce-Systemen und Produktinformationsmanagement (PIM) Tools (idealerweise akeneo)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Datenanalyse und -optimierung sowie im Umgang mit Excel oder vergleichbaren Tools
  • Hohe Affinität zu technischen Produkten und Interesse an aktuellen Trends im eCommerce-Bereich
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Genauigkeit und Aufmerksamkeit für Details
  • Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
