**Customer Support/ Care/ Service Specialist (m/w/d)**
**Deine Aufgaben**
Mit einzigartigen Marken wie Refigura, Gelencium, Glycowohl und Green Naturals sprechen wir mittels TV-/ Printwerbung und Online-Kampagnen vor allem direkt Patienten und Endverbraucher an. Wir arbeiten Omnichannel, sodass unsere KundInnen sowohl in der Apotheke, als auch im Online-Handel und über unseren eigenen Online-Shop unsere Produkte erwerben können.
Wir suchen Dich als erste Kontaktperson für unsere KundInnen. Dabei umfasst Dein Aufgabengebiet folgende Schwerpunkte:
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und per Ticketsystem im Online-Shop und über Amazon (Kernarbeitszeit: Mo-Fr von 09-17 Uhr)
- Aufnahme und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Nebenwirkungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Schnittstellen Quality, Finance, Sales und Marketing
- Abwicklung des Retourenmanagements
- Betreuung der Bestandskunden
**Das bringst Du mit**
- Idealerweise hast Du eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (bevorzugt als Pharmazeutisch-kaufmännisch oder -technische Angestellte (m/w/d) oder Kaufleute (m/w/d) im Groß- und Außenhandel oder im Online-Handel ggf. Amazon, Versandhandel & Co.).
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Kundenkontakt sammeln können und bringst eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten und eine starke KundInnen
- und Serviceorientierung mit.
- Für Dich sind Genauigkeit und Verlässlichkeit selbstverständlich und dazu bist du ein Organisationstalent.
- Ein gutes Verständnis für Gesundheits-Themen und -marken ist von Vorteil.
- Abgerundet wird dein Profil durch verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
