Overall, Sectors is responsible for guidance and coordination of all advisory services providing insights of complex industrial sectors. The ESG Advisory team is focusing on private and capital market transactions advising Bank’s clients on sustainability strategies and supporting client coverage to win mandates for sustainability finance.**What you’ll be doing**:

- Focus on the origination and execution of advisory and structuring mandates in connection with both debt and equity transactions (focus on private and capital market transactions)
- Providing strategic advice in connection with the structuring, financing and execution of climate transition strategies to a combination of sovereigns, sub-sovereigns, large corporates and small & mid caps clients
- Monitoring transaction execution to ensure that all relevant ESG dimensions are adequately addressed in the transaction post origination
- Providing training, facilitating know-how and expertise sharing within UniCredit from time to time
- Spending time with clients and increasing the overall meeting velocity to build trust and gain a deep understanding of clients' strategic priorities, objectives and aspirations and deliver strategic advice in a timely manner

You also match with the following requirements:
- Masters in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or closely related studies with good academic results (or at the final stage of your studies)
- Sound understanding of corporate finance principles and capital markets
- Sound understanding of credit risk and debt instruments
- General understanding of the EU Taxonomy
- Ability to deliver under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- Attention to details
- A humble personality along a curious and inquisitive mind-set
- A team player with the ability to work independently
- Flexiblility with proven ability to think outside the box
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English (German is a plus)
