As a talented Requirements Management Toolchain Product Owner you will join our multinational IT Team directly contributing to the introduction, development, integration, customization, ongoing support, and maintenance of u-blox Requirements Management Toolchain (RM toolchain) and related solutions and services.
- The toolchain includes requirements mgmt. system (Jama), ticketing system (Jira), Testing suites (TestRail, TestLink, X-Ray), and model-based design tools (like Enterprise Architect or Catia). You will contribute to the team with your specific technical expertise to help steer the strategic direction towards fully implemented services matching u-blox specific business needs. The position holder will work closely together with the internal IT and the engineering team (end-users) as well as with the external consultants.
- You will be working in a high-tech, innovative, and multicultural environment, in which you will leverage your expertise, autonomy, and coordination skills.
- The role is located in Cambourne and can be also located in Athens or Berlin. We can't consider contractors or fully remote applicants.**Your Responsibilities**
- Interact and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts and various stakeholders to gather requirements, and define the design and the implementation plan for a scalable Requirements Management Toolchain, considering that different implementations could be requested by different Product Centers
- Follow up on the global deployment of the solutions ensuring compliance of designs with specifications, and creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Collaborate and coordinate with external consultants regarding any configuration, customization, integration, training, and with any u-blox external partners to properly integrate the RM toolchain to become a standard collaboration space for defined processes in agreement with the different Product Centers’ needs.
- Ensure service availability and security & compliance of the owned solutions in cooperation with the respective team of experts
- Follow up the requirements management topic improving its maturity level across the company and fostering the adoption of the toolchain by supporting the internal customers, including writing usage guides, and organizing training
- Support coordinating the assessment and the integration of any tools and services in the Applications Landscape with the RM toolchain

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Experience with testing methodologies and testing suites
- Experience with modeling languages (e.g. SysML, UML) and tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect, IBM Rational Rhapsody)
- Good experience to support gathering, collecting, and validating requirements from the business stakeholders (internal and external), and leading challenging projects, ideally in the IoT R&D design area.
- Broad IT knowledge to understand and classify raised issues related to the RM tool chain systems and integrations (e.g. sync conflicts)
- Self-driving, proactive, with a can-do attitude and excellent coordination and communication skills (fluent English is mandatory), able to build a strong collaboration between different teams with the goal of deploying a u-blox RM toolchain

**Bonus Point**:

- Requirements Engineering or Business Analysis certifications (IREB, IIBA, PMI)
- Familiarity with PLM solutions and Power user of some related tools (Jama, Jira, Enterprise Architect, etc.), with experience providing training courses to new and existing users
- Experience with Value Stream concepts and mapping.
- Familiarity with Functional Safety processes (e.g. ISO 26262 or DO-178C certification)
- Knowledge of Agile or DevOps methodologies
- Experience in software development and in script languages (Python, JavaScript, HTML, Bash, etc.), and hands-on development experience with SQL-based databases (e.g. MySQL, SQL Server) and reporting (BIRT and Velocity will be an asset)
