Talent Acquisition Leader

This is a newly created role, in line with evolving hiring targets as well as an expansion in the global scope of recruiting service delivery. You will work in close partnership with our Head of Recruiting and Employer Branding, together setting roadmap priorities, and own a portfolio of projects centered on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our overall hiring operation.

**Your impact**:
- Identify and lead/sponsor projects in process + customer excellence including:
- new process design and implementation,
- new product development and roll-out e.g. Hiring Manager interview training,
- global expansion of ATS (Greenhouse) usage,
- continued expansion of the E2E recruiting process within Greenhouse in support of process automation and transparency. For example, vendor (agency) management and integration, offer/contract generation, onboarding.
- Lead, coach and mentor team members on best practice recruiting and employer branding methodologies and approaches.
- Drive the delivery of “clean” and consistent data around talent acquisition activities in line with reporting benchmarks. Identify opportunities for improvements based on data insights.
- Help raise the profile of TA amongst key leaders and stakeholders by contributing to a data driven compelling narrative and storytelling around the development of the TA function and service delivery. This includes attending Executive Board Meetings as required to introduce projects or new initiatives.

An eye for detail and strong focus on execution will help ensure we meet our ambitious goals as a team.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business-related field with a minimum of 7 years experience in full-cycle recruitment within an international environment.
- Tool savvy with sound technical knowledge of Applicant Tracking System or CRM; experience with Greenhouse an advantage.
- High comfort level with data and analytics in driving business decision-making.
- Successful track record in running projects around recruiting process improvements and proven functional or project leadership experience, preferably within a recruiting environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, consulting and relationship building skills and strong results orientation.
- Proficient English, German is an advantage.
