Marketing Specialist

**Job Summary**:
Sensient Food Colors Europe GmbH is in Geesthachter, Schleswig
- Holstein Germany. We have a friendly office environment and exciting career opportunities. The marketing specialist has varied tasks to assist the members of the commercial
- and management team in communicating and managing information for the vibrant Food Colours Business. In addition to day-to-day marketing activities, the role owner leads and supports impactful activities for Food Colour projects across the European business and a variety of different markets. In cooperation with international colleagues and directed by the European Marketing Director the role contributes to the growth of Sensient’s customer base and increase of the project pipeline accordingly

What you’ll do:

- Provide PR support promptly
- Analyse consumer trends and market developments.
- Create Food Colour industry relevant content for the website
- creation of Marketing materials and presentations as well as trainings
- Digital analytics and insights with particular focus on website management and SEO/SEM optimization
- Drive brand awareness and position Sensient clearly
- Enhance innovation
- Enhance Sensient brand as an innovator introducing new product development launches providing the sales team with tools to grow revenue and that meet customers’ needs.
- Lead marketing events and trainings
- printed or digital material for the international food and beverage markets
- Provision of support for the Marketing
- and Key Account function to cater to ad hoc needs concerning customer requests or projects
- se integrated online marketing to drive lead generation that enables commercial team to deliver a growing pipeline.
- Support in creation of digital communication with focus content creation, CRM and management of social media channels, such as LinkedIn

What you’ll bring:

- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Must be fluent in English language, both spoken and written, additional language skills are a plus
- Solid copywriting and content marketing skills in English language
- Good level of skills in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work as part of a team, in particular within the Sales and R&D structure
- Independent and systematic organization of workplace tasks

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree is required in either Communications, Marketing or a related field
- 2-3 years of business experience in a marketing related field
- Work experience in the food or beverage market is required (B2B or B2C)
