Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist at Sensient Technologies will play a crucial role in communicating and managing information for the Food Colors & Pharma business units in EMENA. This position involves leading and supporting impactful activities for Food Color and Pharma projects across the European business and various markets. The role will contribute to the growth of Sensient's customer base and increase the project pipeline accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation using integrated online marketing to enable the commercial team to deliver a growing pipeline. This includes creating digital communication with a focus on content creation for the website, CRM, and management of social media channels.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive Sensient's brand awareness and consistently communicate the value proposition and positioning. This includes creating assets and communication that clearly translate Sensient's brand image.
  • Analyze consumer trends, developments in the international food, beverage, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical markets, food color trends, and competitive sets for commercial, international teams, and customers.
  • Organize and participate in marketing-related events, such as PR events, trade shows, and commercial team meetings and trainings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of business experience in a marketing-related field, with a focus on the food, beverage, pharma, or nutraceutical market.
  • Excellent communication and content marketing skills, with business-fluent English and additional language skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
