Wir suchen eine:n
**Mitarbeiter:in Angebotswesen (m/w/d) im Vertriebsinnendienst**
**Standort: Nürtingen**
Als Mitarbeiter:in Angebotswesen** **im Sales Back Office Team bist Du verantwortlich für Deutschland und auch länderübergreifend tätig und bist eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Finance und unseren Kunden.
**DEINE AUFGABEN**:
- Administration und Weiterentwicklung des Angebotstools CPQ (Salesforce) als Key User
- Ansprechperson bei Fragen rund um das Angebotstool sowie Schulung neuer Nutzer
- Unterstützung bei der regelmäßigen Überarbeitung der Pricing Policy
- Betreuung und Mitarbeit bei Ausschreibungen
- Koordination von Kundenpreisanfragen und Bearbeitung von Angeboten, Verträgen und Kundenlieferantenauskünften in Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebskolleg:innen
- Durchführung von Kunden
- und Profitabilitätsprüfungen im Angebotsprozess
- Abteilungsübergreifende Koordination von digitalen Kundendokumenten und Daten
- Mitarbeit bei der Vereinfachung und Standardisierung von Prozessen
**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position ist wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Erfahrung mit SAP und CRM (Salesforce) ist von Vorteil
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Du bist kommunikativ, hast eine ‘Hands on’ Mentalität, arbeitest gerne im Team, aber auch eigenständig
