**About the role**:
For our Partner Samsung Semiconductor Europe GmbH we are looking for an Sales Operations Specialist (M/F/d) to act on their new site in Munich. You are employed with us and work with our partner on-site.
- You are responsible for the care and smooth flow of customer orders in cooperation with internal and external interfaces
- You provide internal and external direct support for a defined customer base by managing samples, recalls and returns
- You are responsible for an accurate invoicing process according to company guidelines and KPI targets
- You are in charge to monitor the account status in conjunction with Credit Control to avoid overdue invoices and maximize company KPI achievement

**We are looking for**:

- 2 years experience within a Customer Service/Supply Chain environment of a multinational company
- Experience with CRM System SAP RA3 (Customer-Relationship-Management-System)
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Very good English (C1)
- Highly customer
- and team-oriented approach/mindset and strong communication skills
