**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien physischen Dokumentenflusses zur/aus der sowie innerhalb der Produktion, inklusive
- Planung der erforderlichen Dokumentation,
- Vorbereitung und Abholung der Dokumente und Etiketten
- Bereitstellung der Dokumentation für die Produktion
- Einsammeln und Zusammenstellen der zusammenhängenden Dokumentation
- Pflege der produktionsinterner Trackingsysteme, ggf. inklusive Erfassung der Prozessdaten
- GMP-Prüfung von Herstelldokumenten und weiteren anfallenden Dokumenten (z.B. MBR, Reinigungsprotokolle, Probenahmeprotokolle) sowie Einleitung und Nachverfolgung von Korrekturen und Ergänzungen
- Routineaufgaben im Bereich des Dokumentenmanagements im digitalen Dokumentenmanagementsystem
- Bearbeiten und Verwalten von Dokumenten im Dokumentenmanagementsystem
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung bzw. Optimierung der Tracking-, Sortier
- und Ablagesysteme sowie des Dokumentenflusses
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Dokumente

**Das bringen sie mit**:

- Ausbildungsabschluss als technischer Assistent (Biologisch-technischer Assistent (BTA), Pharmazeutisch-technischer Assistent (PTA), Medizinisch-technischer Assistent (MTA), Umwelttechnischer Assistent (UTA), Chemisch-technischer Assistent (CTA)), Laborant (w/m/d) oder Bachelorabschluss in den Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der biotechnologischen, chemischen, lebensmitteltechnologischen bzw. pharmazeutischen Produktion (GMP) oder in einem produktionsnahen Bereich im regulierten Umfeld
- Grundlegende GMP-Kenntnisse, speziell in der Dokumentation, erforderlich
- Hohes Qualitätsverständnis und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Außerordentliche Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sicheren Umgang mit MS Office
- Fließende Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
