**Wir suchen eine**: n engagierte: n und zuverlässige: n Sales Assistant (mensch), der/ die unser Vertriebsteam unterstützt und zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Vertriebsziele beiträgt. In dieser Position arbeitest du eng mit unserem Key Account Manager, Stefan, zusammen und übernimmst eine Vielzahl von vertriebsunterstützenden Aufgaben sowie administrative Tätigkeiten.
Aufgaben
- Als erste: r Ansprechpartner: in nimmst du die Wünsche unserer Kunden telefonisch entgegen und und gewährleistest eine schnelle und effiziente Kommunikation.
- Du erstellst Angebotsunterlagen für potenzielle Kunden auf Basis der Anforderungen und Wünsche. Dabei arbeitest du sorgfältig und gewährleistest die Einhaltung unserer internen Richtlinien und Standards.
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Verträgen und sorgst für eine korrekte und rechtzeitige Bearbeitung, dabei achtest du stets auf Vollständigkeit und hast ein Auge fürs Detail.
- Du pflegst und vervollständigst Kundendaten in unserem CRM-Tool.
- Du organisierst und koordinierst Termine und Meetings für unser Vertriebsteam.
Qualifikation
- Kommunikationsstärke, Freundlichkeit und Spaß im Umgang mit Menschen, sowohl auf Deutsch als auch in Englisch.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Laptop, Tablet und Smartphone sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen.
- Deine Erfahrungen und dein Gespür für Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung helfen dir dabei Kundenbedürfnisse wahrzunehmen.
- Du brauchst keine vertrieblichen Vorkenntnisse, aber eine abgeschlossene (kaufmännische) Berufsausbildung und/oder Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich ist ein Pluspunkt.
