- Wir suchen einen Intern im Team Global Family and Institutional Wealth (GFIW) in Frankfurt für folgende Tätigkeiten und Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung der Kundenberater/innen bei der Bereitstellung eines qualitativ hochwertigen Kundenservices
- Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Prospect
- und Kundenmeetings
- Erstellen von Präsentationen und Anlagevorschlägen
- Analysieren von Kundendepots sowie Ausarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen auf Basis der Einschätzung des Chief Investment Office
- Unterstützung der Kundenberater/innen bei administrativen, rechtlichen sowie Compliance und Risk bezogenen Aufgaben
- Aufbereitung von strategischen und projektbezogenen Themen sowie Teilnahme an entsprechenden Projektgruppen
- Kompetente Ansprechperson für verschiedene Business Partner und interne Fachbereiche

- Die Einheit „Global Family and Institutional Wealth“ (GFIW) ist ein einzigartiges Joint Venture von UBS Global Wealth Management (GWM) und UBS Investment Bank (IB). GFIW bedient einige der größten institutionellen Family-Office-Kunden, die sowohl GWM-Services als auch Zugriff auf IB-Funktionen benötigen, häufig in verschiedenen Ländern und Buchungszentren. - Sie arbeiten im GFIW Team in Frankfurt. Sie spielen eine wichtige Rolle bei der Bereitstellung maßgeschneiderter Kundenservices und arbeiten eng mit Kundenberatern und -Beraterinnen zusammen. Unsere gemeinsamen Anstrengungen tragen dazu bei, das Vermögen unserer Kunden zu verwalten, zu bewahren und zu steigern, und zwar durch eine enge Partnerschaft in jeder Lebensphase.

- mindestens im 3. Semester- ein Teamplayer mit einer raschen Auffassungsgabe
- flexibel und zuverlässig
- kontaktfreudig

Sie haben- eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
- fachspezifische Praktika in der Finanzbranche

absolviert- gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Spaß am selbstständigen Arbeiten
