- Nachhaltigkeit ist ein strategisches Handlungsfeld der Helaba Gruppe. In den letzten Jahren hat Nachhaltigkeit in der Helaba deutlich an Profil und inhaltlicher Tiefe gewonnen. Dies gilt es - mit Ihrer tatkräftigen Unterstützung - weiter zu entwickeln.
- Konkret liegt Ihr Fokus auf der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung sowohl im Kontext CSRD als auch in der freiwilligen Berichterstattung nach GRI oder für die Principles for Responsible Banking. Dabei liegt Ihr Augenmerk auf allen Teilen der Helaba Gruppe, Sie binden alle relevanten Einheiten und Tochtergesellschaften mit ein.
- Sie haben eine Affinität für Prozesse und Kennzahlen und bringen dies in Ihre Arbeit ein. Bei der internen Entscheidungsvorbereitung oder Berichterstattung unterstützen Sie mit der Erstellung von inhaltlich hochwertigen adressatengerechten Unterlagen.
- In dem nach wie vor dynamischen regulatorischen Umfeld haben Sie die relevanten Entwicklungen für die Helaba im Blick und übersetzen diese für unser Haus. Dabei haben Sie alle relevanten Schnittstellen im Blick.
- Insgesamt gehen Sie die Themen mit offenen Augen an, identifizieren Verbesserungspotentiale und setzen diese um.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen bei einer Bank, einer Beratungsgesellschaft oder ESG-Ratingagentur
- Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement und -berichterstattung
- Kenntnisse der relevanten Regulatorik und Gesetzgebung
- Praktische Erfahrungen in der Implementierung von ESG-Selbstverprflichtungserklärungen sind wünschenswert
- Lösungsorientierte, eigenverantwortliche und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit Themen eigeninitiativ und koordinierend voran zu bringen und adressatengerecht über alle Hierarchieebenen inkl. Vorstand zu kommunizieren
