Das People & Organization-Team bei Data4Life sucht Verstärkung Als Lead P&O and Office Management (f/m/d), arbeitest du Seite an Seite mit einem divers aufgestellten Team für das Wohlbefinden unserer Kolleg: innen und ein großartiges Arbeitsklima. Deine zukünftige Rolle
- Du verantwortest die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung unseres P&O-Teams an unseren Standorten in Berlin, Potsdam und Singapur
- Du bearbeitest die Bereiche Training & Development, Employee Retention, Employer Branding, Recruiting, People Administration und Office Management und entwickelst diese strategisch mit deinem Team weiter
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Chief of Staff und unserer Chief Finance Officer an der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung unserer strategischen Unternehmensziele
- Du stehst unseren Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden als vertrauensvolle Ansprechpartner: in zur Seite und berätst in relevanten personalwirtschaftlichen sowie arbeits
- und sozialrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Du bist Kulturgestalter: in: Gemeinsam mit deinem Team trägst du wesentlich dazu bei, unsere Firmenkultur sowie die positive Employee Experience weiterzuentwickeln und baust Data4Life weiter zu einem Top-Arbeitgeber aus

Was du für deinen Erfolg brauchst
- Du zeichnest dich insbesondere durch Empathie und erprobte Leadership-Skills aus und hast Lust darauf, unser P&O-Team mit strategischem Denken und deiner inspirierenden Persönlichkeit strategisch auf das nächste Level zu bringen
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und/oder langjährige Arbeitserfahrung
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Funktion und hast zusätzlich bereits ein Team von mind. drei Mitarbeitenden geführt
- Du stehst für People Administration Excellence, brennst für Recruiting und Employer Branding und hast zusätzlich ein Auge für´s Office Management
- Du bringst Resilienz und Leidenschaft für Menschen und unsere Organisation mit, arbeitest gern im Team, und gehst neue Themen und Herausforderungen proaktiv an
- Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent, stark im Stakeholder Management und überzeugst mit einem innovativen und kreativen Mindset, sowie mit ausgeprägter emotionaler Intelligenz
- Du bist Kulturgestalter: in: Als Vorreiter: in für New Work bist du gesellschaftlichen (HR-) Trends immer einen Schritt voraus und kannst diese bei Data4Life implementieren
- Du bist schriftlich sowie mündlich verhandlungssicher im Deutschen und fließend im Englischen
