**DIE ROLLE UND DAS TEAM**
Als Teamleiter*in Lager bist du gemeinsam mit deinem bis zu 10-köpfigen Team für unser **Instore-Lager** (ca. 200 qm), dessen Organisation und reibungslose Abläufe verantwortlich. Als Teil des Store Management Teams trägst du maßgeblich zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg unseres Stores und dessen kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung bei.

- Du stellst die optimale Warenversorgung unserer Verkaufsfläche sicher, führe Bestellungen und Inventuren durch und überwache dabei sowohl die Lagerbestände als auch die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Verhaltensregeln.
- Du bist verantwortlich für eine effiziente Grundstruktur unseres Instore-Lagers sowie für die an die Saisonplanung angepasste Lagerplanung.
- Du lebst die Zalando-Werte durch transparente, authentische und mitarbeiter*innenorientierte Führung.
- Du verantwortest 360° Personalthemen, angefangen von der Mitarbeiter*inneneinstellung über die kennzahlenbasierte Einsatzplanung bis hin zur Ausbildung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter*innen.
**WIR MÖCHTEN DICH GERNE KENNENLERNEN, WENN**:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Lagerlogistik oder ähnlichem Bereich und idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung (Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Feedbackgespräche, Einsatz
- und Urlaubsplanung)
- Eigeninitiative, analytisches Denken und Organisationsfähigkeit
- Hands-on Mentalität und keine Scheu mit anzupacken
