**Position Summary**:
Für das Special Services Team München suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/einen

**Special Services Representative (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sicherstellen der Umsatz
- und Profitabilitätsziele gemäß Quartalszielplanung bzw. Review Vereinbarungen
- Umsetzung der zentral vorgegebenen Operations
- und Vertriebsprozesse
- Pflege des Kontakts zu Bestandskunden
- Sicherstellen der Kundenzufriedenheit durch Erkennen von Bedürfnissen, Erarbeitung von Lösungen und logistischen Konzepten unter Berücksichtigung von internen und externen Ressourcen
- Gewährleistung einer höchstmöglichen Servicequalität im In
- und Ausland entsprechend den Vorgaben innerhalb der TNT-Organisation u.a. durch das Einwirken auf Vertragspartner im In
- und Ausland
- Sicherstellen von Angebotsabgaben innerhalb des mit dem Kunden vereinbarten Zeitrahmens
- Sicherstellen einer systematischen Dokumentation und finalen Klärung sämtlicher Queries
- Regelmäßige Auswertung der Umsatz
- und Kundendaten
- Bearbeitung von Projekten
- Großkundenbetreuung

**Ihr Qualifikationsprofil**:

- Kenntnisse von Spedition / KEP / Logistik - abgeschlossene speditionelle / kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erfahrung im Verkauf und der Abwicklung von individuellen Kundenlösungen
- Erfahrung im KEP-Markt und / oder in der Logistikbranche
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen, MS-Office und SAP
- Wirtschaftliches, kostenbewusstes sowie kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Belastbarkeit
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- selbstständige sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
