Tasks
- You are responsible for the project management and shape actively the change in a process and system world more and more digitalized
- You also give advice during the digital transformation of business processes including proactive identification/further development and implementation of process logics and business models
- You define and collect performance indicators across system boundaries with the goal of creating transparency as well as controlling and improving processes
- You analyze organizational and process structures to optimize the performance
- You are sparring partner for the departments regarding performance optimization

**Qualifications**:

- Studies in economics, business informatics or comparable course of study
- Several years of experience in service environment or consulting
- Relevant experience in digitalization as well as in the field of cost and/or performance management
- Ideally professional education/certification in business process management, project management etc.
- Proven record of successful projects with regard to the optimization of complex processes
- Experience in moderation and communication with different departments and hierarchy levels
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent social and communication skills
- Business fluent language skills in German and English
