Für die Abteilung Global Process Science am Standort Marburg suchen wir ein erfahrenes Teammitglied als **Process Science Expert (m/w/d)**, diese Position ist in Vollzeit und befristet bis zum 30.11.2026 zu besetzen.
In dieser Funktion haben Sie folgende Aufgaben:
- Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführungen von Studien/ Modellversuchen/ analytischen Verfahren zur Unterstützung von Prozessoptimierungen, Umsetzung von Standards und Behandlung besonderer Ereignisse
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von „Small Scale“ Modellen und/ oder analytischen Methoden unter Anwendung von statistischen Methoden
- Mitarbeit bei der Bedienung, Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Fermentationssystemen in unterschiedlichen Maßstäben (bis 20 L) mit den dazugehörigen Aufschlussprozessen (Homogenisierung, Zentrifugation)
- Durchführung diverser Analysen (z.B. Metabolitanalyse, Abgasanalytik, Biofeuchtemasse, Partikelanalytik, Proteinaufreinigung (hier auch eigenständige Entwicklung neuer Programme im Rahmen der Produktoptimierung)
- Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tests unter Einhaltung der Dokumentationsrichtlinien. Prüfung (inkl. Datenverifizierung) und Freigabe von Protokollen und Messwerten.
- Detaillierte Auswertung und Interpretation von Daten
Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Laborausbildung (LaborantIn, BTA, etc.) oder erfolgreicher Studienabschluss Bachelor (BSc) in Biotechnologie, Bioverfahrenstechnik oder gleichwertigem naturwissenschaftlichen Gebiet mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Aufreinigung von Proteinen werden vorausgesetzt: Kapillarelektrophorese, Säulenchromatographie (analytisch und präparativ)
- Gutes technisches Verständnis, hohe Flexibilität, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Fermentation (E.coli und Zellkultur) ist wünschenswert
